How does personalization work?

When you place your order, you email us your photo, name, or design at sales@dasecompany.com. We'll send you a digital proof to approve before we print.

How long does my order take?

Production time is 3 to 5 business days after you approve your design. Shipping within the U.S. usually takes an additional 3 to 7 days.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship across the U.S. We're based in Elizabeth, NJ.

Can I return my product?

Since every product is custom made just for you, we only accept returns or replacements if the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part. Contact us and we'll make it right.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major cards, Shop Pay, and PayPal through a 100% secure checkout.

Do you have a physical store?

We're a workshop based in Elizabeth, NJ. All orders are placed through this online store.
